Just want to update that we still use his services about one to two times a year. No more ants taking over my kitchen since we started with him

Came here for our anniversary and randomly got a pastry and espresso, because I love those things. We were supposed to be having beers, at Whittier brewing company, but a pastry and espresso never hurt nobody. Got straight espresso and one over ice with the guava pastry to share. I wish I would have taken a picture. The hot espresso came with a little biscotti, the guava pastry was heated up for dine-in and other espresso over ice in a cup with room. Espresso was on point. Some espressos taste of dirt or low quality. These drinks were really good. Same for the pastry. Will come back again and even joined the points club.

Once you're finally seen, they're decent . The waiting drives me nuts. Show up early, on time or late, but your wait is always 2 hours. It's insane to me they book appointments that way. That's my only complaint. Well that and how the main office doesn't communicate. Set appointments, show up and they tell you not today, it's another day. But I have the email and text reminder and I scheduled this with a live person? Wasting so much time here. I've got 3 kids and we're on a tight schedule. 2 hours is too long. Especially for little kids/toddlers - adults too.

First time using BJ party supplies. Will use for other children's birthday in January and leave additional review. Have only had experience with custom piñata order. Dabbing n00b was a hit
