I recently visited Yozen Frogurt and I was pleasantly surprised by the tasty yogurt flavors and decent toppings selection. I especially enjoyed the vanilla and taro frozen yogurt.

However, I found it to be quite pricey for what you get. I paid $20 for two bowls of frozen yogurt that were not even filled up. Considering the portion size, I expected more for the price.

Another downside was the outdated interior design. The overall ambiance felt a bit stale and could use some renovation to make it more inviting and modern.

To add to the disappointment, half of the yogurt machines were not available during my visit. It was a bummer not being able to try all the flavors I wanted.

Overall, Yozen Frogurt has good flavors and a decent toppings selection, but the high price for small portions, outdated interior design, and limited yogurt machine availability were disappointing aspects of my experience.

Looked this place up and this was the closest yogurt to me. Came in and today was over 100 degrees, the place had no AC at all which was extremely unpleasant. The place wasn't as clean as I hoped. The service was great, the girl was very nice. I felt bad for her working in such hot conditions In there! I wanted to rush to my car for the AC. The yogurt itself was ok nothing special at all. Very expensive I paid about $20 for 2 yogurt bowls.

The yogurt was not over priced at all. and has the best yogurt in ever. yogurtland can not do better yogurtland is trash.

Really great frozen yogurt, huge selection of flavors. Lot of toppings to choose from and the berries were fresh. Madison was so sweet and made the experience really fun for my young children. The place was clean and inviting (unlike a more well-known chain in the area). Other reviewers complained about the pricing, but I found it comparable to other frozen yogurt places we've have been to. I recommend trying the almond cookies too! We will be back for sure!

I decided to make a quick stop at Yozen Frogurt to pick up a gift card and was greeted by Kelson who was so so nice from the second I walked in. He was the friendliest employee I've interacted with at Yozen Frogurt and I really appreciated his customer service. Kelson, thank you so much for spreading kindness!!!!

Kelson is the best worker ever! He is so nice and super helpful. The environment of the place is so comfortable!The ice cream is amazing!

Today I purchased three 16 ounce cups of yogurt with hardly any toppings. The amount came to $26.82!
I checked my receipt and see that Yozen Frogurt is charging yogurt by the pound and not the ounce which is unfair. I brought it up to the cashier who was very nice and she offered me a cookie, but turns out that cookie would not make up for the price overcharged.

Just for fun I drove over to Yogurt Land and had one of the $9.04 yogurts weighed and priced. It came to $6.10 and it's charged by the ounce , that's $2.94 difference! I'm just going to assume that I was overcharged three dollars on each yogurt. Not cool to do to the customer !! I've been coming to this yogurt shop for years but It's not worth it anymore. Great for after dinner or just a nice treat. The frozen yogurt is great as the service is excellent.

Love this yogurt place in the heart of Westlake village . They have so many different low and no. Fat options, tons of different toppings and sauces to chose from . They also have a lot of seating and space to enjoy your yogurt!
