These guys are complete crooks. Raphael is extremely rude and aggressive. Charged £90 cash in hand for 5 mins and did not fix the boiler. He was meant to follow up with the parts to fix the job on Monday but did not; instead I had to contact them. Avoid like the plague as these guys will try and rip you off. I wish I had read the reviews before contracting them

Rafael from Thames Plumbing is a con. Am out of pocket by £400 when he suggested my heating will work by flushing out the radiators. All he did was To basically pump the radiator with hot water from my electric shower making it look like the boiler is working. The radiators turned cold half hour after he left. Someone from Cowboy Builders should pay him a visit and expose him and his nasty tricks.

Absolutely dreadful service from this company. They charged me £450 (inc. call out) to replace the PCB on my boiler, only for the boiler to fail again two weeks later. On contacting the company they wanted to charge me another £75 to look at the boiler again and would not admit that the PCB obviously wasn't the problem in the first place and probably didn't even need replacing. They refused to put the boiler right or even look at it again leaving me with no heating and £450 out of pocket. AVOID!

Do not trust these guys, they will overcharge for the work they perform and provide ridiculous quotes that are way in excess of what you should pay for work to be done. Best avoided
