WHAT A JOKE! I should have known from all of the other reviews, but I just moved here and thought I'd give it a try at least to get my own perspective. BIG MISTAKE! I checked in online for Jen and was told to be there in 25 minutes. I got there in 20 mins, checked in on the screen and had 5 mins to spare. THEN MY WAIT SUDDENLY CHANGED FROM 5 MINS TO 30 MINS!! I walk up and Jen was at the counter. I said I noticed my wait just changed from 5 mins to 30 mins, and she RUDELY replies with "OH YA, IM GOING ON LUNCH, THIS ISNT AN APPOINTMENT" WTF!!! I have a reservation for dinner and that would make me miss our plans. She only had one person waiting for her and it was time and chose to burn the customer instead!! WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS DUMP AGAIN WITH THESE SCUMBAGS! DUMB B! I REPORTED THIS WITH CORPORATE

If i can give 0 i will give it Terrible service from WENDY (hairstylist) when she cut my son's hair. Very unprofessional. Never coming back with her if she's not happy with her job it's very simple just get another job where you can be happy. Thanks to JEN (Assistant Store Manager) she finished my son's hair cut and made him finish the appointment on a positive note

Got the MVP plus cut. It was fine, only Sara massacred my eye brows! Other than that the shampoo, hot / cold towels and shoulder massage was pleasurable.

Had a fantastic haircut by Pam. No wait time. Very happy with my cut. Ask for Pam and get the haircut you want!!

I've had my hair cut by many very good stylists, but the best I've ever had work on this head is Paulette at the Lake Forest Sport Clips Salon. I'm very demanding as I have very thick hair, and I hate thinning shears as the just make the hair grow out in all directions. Paulette takes the time to get it just right by using a scissors cut. She's patient, efficient and extremely friendly. I always enjoy going to visit her there, and wouldn't trust my hair to anyone else. I'm always pleased with how I look when I leave.

Good service, treat yourself to a vip experience at least once a year. Clean barber shop. Tools are cleaned prior to use.

Horrible. Very awkward vibes and looks. Lady who originally cut my hair was clearly not interested in talking to me at all. People available to cut hair and they keep you waiting for no reason. Idk if its discrimination, but I've watched someone come in after me and get a completely different treatment.
As far as the haircut, horrendous. Not worth anything remotely close to what they charge. You can get a better haircut for half the price on the same street. Very mediocre at best. Will not be returning.

Jen is my go to! She's awesome and always gets it right! Unfortunately I just moved out of state and now have to find a new excellent stylist!

This one lady named Wendy was very very very unprofessional. She was very "nervous and overwhelmed" because my brother was moving because she was going to fast and he had long hair on the sides causing the machine to pull his hair. She dropped the machine and cussed while trying to pick it up off the floor. The assistant manager Jen watched and her mouth dropped while she was watching her reach for it. They both went to the back and were there for like 10 minutes. She came back and said there was a change of plans and someone else would cut his hair because she was nervous and overwhelmed. She came over and told me that my brother was moving a lot and that she couldn't cut his hair due to that. Jen decided that she would finish the haircut and let me tell you if you ever decide to go to this place please go to JEN she is incredible! Wendy later came up to me before she left and said that my brother was enjoying it but that she practically did all the haircut herself and she was just doing the final touches. In other words Jen took her time and was very helpful when my brother wanted suggestions or had questions. My brother started off with a negative experience but Jen turned things around for him.
