Phenomenal gem of a restaurant! Tartufo pizza was beyond flavorful. Flavors popped, pizza was by far the best I've had! Service was on point!

Considering it's located in the busiest part of Paris near the Champs de Elysee, I have to say - not bad - quite good Italian fare for those seeking an alternative from the stuffy French restaurants.
We had much better service and less condescending back talk from the wait staff.
Food was very good but then that's because after walking for over 10 miles that day, almost anything would be good.
I loved this place because the waitstaff did not treat you like tourist trash. Instead, they offered a much more pleasant US type of dining experience.
Kids wanted the pepperoni pizza 17€ and pasta vongole 18€.
Overall a nice place to go when you want to escape the French restaurants!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - William B.Palm Springs, Estados Unidos338611/06/2022
In Paris for 12 days. Took a break from French food and found this Italian restaurant. Third time eating here in 12 days. Very good. Love the tagliatelle with ragu.

We were able to get quick seating (11pm) after time snuck away from us while sightseeing around the Eiffel Tower. I ordered the seafood risotto. The risotto was served piping hot and wasn't cooked all the way. After letting the dish set for a few minutes it was perfect.
My husband and daughter enjoyed the dish far more than I did. It was what you would expect after gallivanting into a restaurant at the 11th hour. Service was quick and food was satisfying. I nibbled on my husband's fish of the day: salmon. It was seasoned perfectly. My husband seemed bothered that the bones were still in the fish, but i didn't mind. I actually enjoyed his ravioli. It was served with a white cream sauce that wasn't too indulgent.
A few tables were occupied with friends and gal pals enjoying dessert or wine. Another table sat a man by himself staring at his unfinished pizza. My toddler, in the interim, was wielding a fork at everyone, screaming for food. Although this didn't strike me as a your 1st, 2nd, or 3rd choice to dine with a toddler, the patrons seemed unbothered and carried on. The quaintly modern atmosphere earns her an extra star because of it.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 78137571232/05/2015
My friend Adam's faced dropped. "Do you know it has 1.5 stars on Yelp?" I nodded and pointed to the movie theater next door..."You know we have an hour until the movie starts and it's a national holiday today, right?" He somewhat grouchily sat down.
An hour later, we were walking into the movie, satisfied with our meal, the service, and the atmosphere. Yes it's on the Champs and hence has to cater to tourists, but sometimes, that's okay. :-)Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Alyson W.Richmond, Estados Unidos28711417/07/2015
Having walked up and down the Champs-Elysees, we were craving pizza and this seemed as good a place as any. Just a few steps from the Arc de Triomphe, the terrace was a fabulous spot for people-watching.
The charcuterie and pizza were both fantastic (we ordered a Margherita but ended up getting something with pepperoni, mushrooms and peppers instead--pas de probleme). We had some beers and enjoyed a leisurely lunch followed by some cafe and cappuccino. Quite nice.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Charles S.NC, Estados Unidos0126/06/2021

While visiting France my wife Judy and I ate at some of the finest restaurants. But one of our favorites was Vesuvio's. After several days of fancy French food we were ready for something simple and familiar. Vesuvio's met our need. Judy ordered the pepperoni pizza and I had a pepperoni calzone. Both were fantastic. The pizza was better.
The restaurant was nicely furnished. A little upscale compared to most American pizza places. The price was reasonable and the service was good. They spoke enough English to take care of us.
While we were there on June 19, 2017 there was the failed terror attack near the Arc de Triomphe on Champs-Elysees. A car loaded with explosives ran into a police car but did not detonate. The attack was only a few blocks away. It came up on the TV while we were eating. It just added to the experience.
Overall we have a wonderful meal with food we were familiar with at a reasonable price. Worth the visit.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Alice G.Tulsa, Estados Unidos13731252267127/07/2014
Perfectly acceptable sidewalk cafe and pizza joint on the Champs Elysees! We wiled away about 3 hours here waiting for the Tour de France to end. We had a great view of the Arc de Triomphe. We had several beers, including a Panache (mixed with lemonade) before settling on coronas with lime. I know, cliche Americaines: we didn't care.
We enjoyed a plate of hot frites and split a lovely pizza. Our server was super nice once he realized we were staying, and very attentive. I am somewhat surprised by the low scores: perhaps expectations?
We had a nice time and a good snack!!!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Tyler B.Nashville, Estados Unidos1381633889/02/2015
After visiting the Arc de Triomphe, we were starving, and we stopped at the first place that had an available table.
I had a glass of red wine and spaghetti. The food was so-so, but the bread was really good. Isn't it always delicious in France?
The seating is really tight. You're pretty much sitting with everyone, but the view of the Arc makes up for it.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
