I-Ke-Su

Food was ok, a bit overpriced for what it was. The ambiance of the restaurant was like a typical Japanese Kaiten restaurant however the staff wasn't on par.

Service was far below expectations, the Kaiten boats were empty, needed to order the food with the chef. Drink service from the other staff was slow. Waited 15 minutes for the bill as the staff was invisible. Also the concept wasn't explained properly, signs on the table deviated from the menu.

Delightfull dishes! A bit pricy but totally worth it ! Nice ambiance, freshly served made in front of us. We took m5 and m6 menus and had a coco milk/corn dessert ! I recommend 100%.

This place is just pure fun. Sushi arrives in boats on little color-coded plates. Yummy dishes. A good assortment. You can order too of course but we didn't. Fun for the kids too.

Just an average place. Service was not very good and it was a little expensive. I left hungry because they only made the expensive sushi plates and I tend to like the more basic sushi.

We visited this restaurant because we love conveyor belt sushi and I thought the boats were adorable. However, the sushi was extremely disappointing and overpriced. Most dishes came covered in a heavy sauce and tasted mediocre. There was very little variety floating around despite three other groups dining at the same time.

We had four plates and two beers for 30 euro, there were no lower priced or vegetarian options floating around. This was the only time we have ever left a sushi place and needed to get more food somewhere else.

On the plus side there is a nice aquarium filled with tropical fish and sea stars if you are more interested in wildlife than dinner.

To be honest, I was bit disappointed. I was expecting it to be better based on the reviews. Every plate was drizzled with a dark sweet sauce and the rice was not good. Salmon was fresh but other fish was not so.

The stream of little wooden boats and aquarium of "Nemos" and sea stars was so enchanting that even my 5 year old had to try sushi. And now she LOVES it and begs to go back every week! This may night be the sort of rec that many Berliners are after, but at Ike Su you'll find your fair share of tables with smaller diners gobbling up sushi. If that sends you running...well, good! More sushi for us!

I've seen a few reviewers complaint about the selection or that certain parties were given plates directly -- just place an order with one of the chefs or the host/hostess. We do that to make sure our daughter gets what she likes, so that my husband and I can spend our time stalking the boats for our dinner. Easy and delicious.

very delicious food, top quality but a bit more to offer it should be. but ask for any special rolls and the chef will deliver it.

you need to ask for the 'salmone rose'!

It's a real taste to eat there and the atmossphere is great

Very bad service. Delivered the wrong sushi. Got lettuce instead of seetang salad and surimi instead of salmon.. the rice was falling apart.. When I called them to explain the wrong delivery they blamed me even tho I ordered using the numbers on their menu and started cursing at me. Very rude service and bad quality sushi!

Best sushi!!! Sit at the bar to get awesome sushi arriving non-stop on boats in front of you. Ordering off the menu was also easy, fast and delicious. Very fresh fish!!
