Great place to take your toddler or under 10 year old for a few hours. Dodgem cars, a fair-ground ride, ball pits, an enormous padded climby thing with a huge slide and a separate area for toddlers. Kiddies love it.
They are open from 9:30-6:30 every day, they have passable coffee, quieter areas for grown-ups to sit in as well as plenty of table space for dining. Coffee aside, this is basic cafeteria fare and both service is a little haphazard but they try hard and are well meaning. I was also surprised that apart from bottled water, the food and beveage prices were reasonable.
Officially there is free wifi although I couldn't get a reliable connection, they do have free internet connected PCs for adults if you really need e-mail access.
They do not sell paracetamol, aspirin or ibuprofen and as this is effectively a brightly coloured warehouse full of hard surfaces and several hundred screaming kids the sound pressure can be a bit much after a couple of hours. I wish I'd taken isolating headphones for my IPhone.
They have have party facilities and various membership plans, you need to register the first time you go, but its all quick and easy, check them out on the internet if you are unsure.
I'll be taking my daughter here again I am sure, if you go here with a little-un they will love it.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Michelle B.SoMa, São Francisco, Estados Unidos018/04/2024
Even giving one star seems too much. After making an accidental booking for the wrong place and realising my immediate mistake, I contacted gambado to cancel and request a refund. They denied this as it is not their policy to refund. Whilst I understand a policy, I explained it was a genuine oversight and I would not benefit from a credit as I don't live nearby to use this. One kind manager did contact the owner about this but they refused to give me a refund. My five year old was left in tears as we were unable to then afford an alternative place to book. What an awful money grabbing business!!!! Please don't give them any more of your money!!!

The best play area I know of in Central London, has stuff for under two's and an amazing climbing and slides area for children 2-8 years old with loads of great fun things on .
It also has bumper cars and another roundabout type ride.
Best to go in the mornings if you can as the weekend afternoons are very busy, although most people like it so much they are okay with it.
The other problem is that adults should be with their children in the bumper car queue because other children queue jump and the Gambado staff do not sort this out. This is of course very upsetting for children and parents alike. They should have a better queueing system or at least one staff member operating the ride and a second controlling the queue. The clever thing would be a proper queueing system which actually lines people up properly. However today there was a great staff member who actually stopped the queue jumpers and he should be applauded, he also really cared and was great with the children.
It is also expensive however it is so good they can happily get away with it.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Utilizador Qype (Daisy…)Londres, Reino Unido035512/10/2007
This is the most enormous play centre I have ever been to (and I've been to a few!) There's a much bigger range of things for the kids to do, including fairground type rides, dodgems, trampolines, face-painting and one of the biggest soft play structures I've ever seen, divided into different age ranges for safety. We went at half term when it was totally packed but the kids all had a great time. It's quite pricey and adults have to pay a small entrance fee too, but I reckon it was worth the money.

my kids just love this place in fulham, staff are so friendly and there's so much for the kids to do..weekdays are nice as they do extra activities too included in price -and my little ones always go home happy and exhausted (added bonus!!) - i agree its much better in comparison to other kids places for adults as lots of space, nice fresh coffee and internet, and i've made pals with afew of the other regular mums now which is really nice

we went to my daughters party at gambado near chelsea last week - it was brilliant , even though busy it seemed friendly and really well organised - my daughter and her friends haven't stopped raving about it and apprently they do free activity classes in the week which my friend has been to and said was great - the staff were really hands on playing with the kids - unusual to see staff seemingly enjoying what they are doing! and so nice to see great service, dont get that too often these days - i thought food was fine and mine was resonably priced, quick to arrive ( i even got a buzzy thing to tell me when it was ready) and actually quite yummy!
