Cain's is the shop that you hated going into as a kid! It's a bit like "Suits You Sir" from the Fast Show, crossed with "Last of the Summer Wine". But these old boys have been serving Heswall for over 40 years and are a fantastic, staunch family business.
In fact, this is one of the only local shops that you can get your school uniforms tailored to order, you name badges made and sown into your tie, your blazer darned, and your granddads yellow tweed suit so nobody notices when he relieves himself at the table during Sunday roast.
So this place is a lifesaver for parents of schoolchildren and anyone looking for a good honest and reliable tailor. Before you whizz over to a chain store in Liverpool or Birkenhead, support your local old boys and pop in Cain's, they may even be cheaper than the big wigs!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Utilizador Qype (Fsharp…)Wirral, Reino Unido112311/06/2010Avaliação atualizada
Excellent Mens Outfitters, now being run by Andrew, third generation of Cains, though father Kenneth is often in evidence. Medium to high quality stuff, I have had several jackets, trousers, and suits from here over a period of time. There's also a sports section upstairs now.
Highly recommended.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 025/05/2010Avaliação anteriorI have been buying most of my clothes from this family run Gents outfitters in Heswall. Kenneth Cain and his son Andrew are polite, courteous and helpful, and usually have something to suit me.
Medium+ prices. Names include Odermark, Magee, Bruil etc - Megan C.Liverpool, Reino Unido392266713/08/2010
Cain's is a small town local menswear shop--they do suits, shirts, ties, and even school uniforms.
The quality of the clothing is very good, and I was impressed that such a shop existed in the small town of Heswall. It must come in handy for those who don't like travelling all the way to the city to do their clothing shopping.
They seemed a bit pricey to me, but I guess that's because I am never one to spend a lot of money on what I wear to work (when I am forced to take a conventional job, that is to say) because I don't like going to work. But I guess some of you posh banker and lawyer men "need" more expensive clothes.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
