B & Q Warehouse

Have to use this place, not a lot of competition in Warrington, my experience has been of an indifferent work force servicing a retail outlet that cares little about stock levels, this combination makes for a frustrating shopping experience ie you ask for somebody to help you locate an item, the relevant member of staff will take an age to come( if they do at all) then when you have found what you need they more than likely will not have enough of it, and, will shrug their shoulders when you ask for an approx delivery date for more stock.Any complaints to the company are not answered just passed on to the store management and that's were they stay.

B&Q sometimes can be quite expensive,and i always look elsewhere first at prices,even though i have a discount card,however they do have very good choice and selection,i saw a fireplace advertised at a reduction sale price,but when i got into store,it was still marked at the original higher cost price,the staff insisted that this was the cost,however luckily i had the advert on me advertising it at a much reduced price,and it was still in date with the offer,i stated well thats what i came here for,after a phone call and a wait they decided to let me have one at the reduced price,i think so too,but don,t think they marked down the price,for others,i also had to travel out to the store so was not happy when it was then not at the price advertised,so i always check the prices out now.

Excellent choice. Helpful staff who had excellent store knowledge. Good location and facilities.
